The first edition of Forum Italia "Un' Anima per l' Europa - A Soul for Europe" took place on 31 October 2009 in the context of the Ravello Lab 2009  (29-31 October 2009), which had the focus on "2007-2013: Culture and Development - actions, instruments and projects for European cohesion policies".

Forum Ravello was organised by Daniela Maffeo, ReKult, and Claudio Bocci, Federculture.
